There are three well-documented keys to “Wellness”— Start Well; Run Well; Finish Well! The hardest of the three is Finish Well. We are apt to begin anything and run with it for a short time. It seems at the midway point we wane in our desire to finish. At that critical juncture is the time to ask for help to infuse courage to finish what you started.
